Well since some parts of Asia have stricter workers then that might mean that they are smarter. However, that does not mean all Asians are super strict some can be very lax and some more harsh. But even with that there are still dumb people in any country and there is poor countries in Asia. So the answer is No.

Chinese are some pretty awesome people as well. There are many in my city. I don't know what to say about Saudis, I will go to Saudi Arabia soon. I heard Saudis hate non-Arab people, but we'll see.
