I joined this website when I was literally in fifth grade and now I am a sophomore in college (old usernames were Link2000, LoneWolf, Paradox... super cringe). Its crazy to think about the amount of hours I spent on this website and how important it all seemed at the moment, but it was honestly a bunch of fun and I have some very fond memories of friends that I made here and I wish I kept in touch with. On the other hand, Im glad I grew out of it and pursued other interests and hobbies that helped me develop into an actual person. The chatrooms back then were wild and probably weren't good for me psychologically, lol. I log in every now and then and it always makes me feel emotional because of how much I valued this community. Now its pretty much a ghost town. It'll always be something very special to me, though. Idk if I'll ever do it, but I have this idea of one day reconnecting and interviewing people that I met on here in order to make some sort of Youtube documentary about what it was like to be one of the very first generations of kids to have grown up with an online community like this. To historically preserve all of the drama, all of the jokes, all of the relationships, and to see what the members of 3DSPlaza became, I suppose. Funny to think about how a crappy ass website like this was such a big deal to what feels like hundreds of us, and how there was literally so many cliques and little communities. Anyway, I turn 20 this year, and I just wanted to acknowledge how much of a big role this place had in my life in my early teens. Now I am studying Geology on a full ride scholarship at a good college and pursuing music and other artistic endeavors on the side.
