Well, you have to take into account the flaws. Flaws always bring down grades (some more than others, I must admit). In this case, in the reviewer's opinion, the flaws broght the grade down to an 8.5.

Besides, be happy you have no idea who ZeroPunctuation is, or you'd have already destroyed your computer in a fit of rage by now.
