Yeah chibi they said it at E3. it could be
1 Download of e-shop
2 Retail Game
3 Both, as going to retail getting download code and downloading it from e-shop

^If you link your Club Nintendo account to your eShop one, then you can get coins for certain downloadable games. I'm pretty sure you'll get the normal amount of coins if you download NSMB2 through the eShop.
