Weird plaza screen i got on PC

I was just coming on 3DSPlaza with a friend of mine's PC. And after i logged in,i got...THAT.

Ok,that's it. I can't get the image or link to work,so just click "My Profile" and scroll until you see 3D Picture Gallery Albums. Click "Uncategorized" and go to the one of 3DSPlaza (Or,at least the crazy looking version of it)

If it has something to do with the site,could somebody explain it?

It looks like tabs. It has nothing to do with the site. Maybe your PC got into some sort of lag...

No,nothing was being downloaded (that i know of) And while it was there,the router was blinking like crazy and then a Not Responding error appeared. That's when i was all "/raeg"
