I didn't use a sitebuilder, but wrote all code myself, in HTML, CSS(3), Javascript and PHP in combination with MySQL.

I don't know about Robdeprop, but I personally use 'gPHPEdit' and 'FileZilla' aswell as 'MySQL Administrator/Query Browser' for all of my programming needs.

Do note that gPHPEdit is probably native only to Linux, and probably doesn't have a Windows version.

SomeLuigi is changing in 2015.
