If the stylus falls out when you place your 3DS upside down then theres a way to fix it.

Look at the end of your stylus, it should be black, now look at the back of it. There is a small dot that probally looks like it has wore out. If you cut a little piece of tape, and place it where there the dot is and place it vericatly then it should not fall out at all.
