Ok, this involves overflow-y.


Here's how it goes. The example is for cspoilers, but can be used for anything.

[style].cspoiler_content {overflow-y: scroll; height: 200px}[/style]

To test this, type [cspoiler=SPOILER NAME]Text
is
a
very
awesome
thing.[/cspoiler]

Make the text go over the 200px limit, and you have a functional scroller!
