In terms of backwards compatibility Nintendo only goes back 1 generation and its highly unlikely they would make something like that

@koki the only nintendo home console that could play portable game was gamecube. all the others had a way to connect to the portable games. such as N64 and pokemon

Everyone, let this topic drown, don't post, obviously Nintendo would technically lose money because consumers would just buy the Wii U and have the power of around 4 gaming devices, so that's stupid.
