Just because Pikarceus said "Someone should sticky a topic called BACKGROUNDS" doesn't mean you have to.

Also, I noticed that "Pikachu URL" doesn't have .img at the end. That means that isn't an IMG URL, it's a normal URL. Meaning if you use it on a profile, it probably won't work. So:

P.S.: You cannot get an IMG URL on a 3DS.
