Fox was recently forced to give up their DareDevil movie rights and give them back to Marvel.

So that means we can expect a DareDevil movie from Marvel Studios as a part of their Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 2.

DareDevil in the Avengers would work seeing as he is an Avenger in the comics.
