Last night Today (It was early A.M), a relative of my neighbors came over. My neighbor's family consists of a lady in her late-twenties/thirties (forgot) with 5 kids, and her mom.

This guy was DRUNK AS FAWK. At 3:00 A.M, he woke us up because he was kicking the young lady's car (she has a bone to pick with her) and wrecking others property, like dumping boxes full of recycling cans. She kept on saying crazy stuff, like telling her mom:

"Where has Cuca (young lady's nickname) gone? Watch, she's gonna pay... gimma a knife.."

and...

"Im going to bring out a broken bottle..."

and

"Gather the kids, were leaving, and tell Cuca to never come back."

This went on until they called the cops. They were taking long, so we called them ourselves. So we called them ourselves, and they finally came. At that point, my roommate put 2 and 2 together. Cuca's teenage son had gone out with her to protect her from the lunatic(Victor).

They finally came and searched the neighborhood and found him. He kept on yelling "I DON'T CARE IF I GO TO JAIL!" and "WATCH, CUCA'S GONNA PAY!". So we finally went to sleep at 4:00 A.M.

Hopefully they'll press charges and he goes to jail...
