Chapter 1: The new threat
October 17th 1949
It was a pretty nice day. When I received the telegram. I was to report to General Jefferson. He told me a new threat with the Ukrainians. They have already bombed several countries. These continual air attacks soon led to a massive missile threat towards Israel. The General stated. Sir as you may know we have sent...I know!!! We have sent over 30 squads over there and all were unsuccessful. The General interrupted. I'm sending your squad over there.
