The PSP's nub is nothing like the Circle Pad.
Your cousin used the word "stole" which is childish and a sign of fanboyism.
"Influenced" would be a better word. I'm sure Nintendo took some notes on the PSP, after all, it was years ahead of the DS tech wise.
