Yes. Its true, The fanboys arent the only thing caused by black ops 2. A lawsuit by infinity ward has been filed to treyach. Apparently, Infinity ward own the rights to modern war venues, And Treyarch cannot legally make any post-vietnam war game. And, Activision is in an awkward position too.

So yeah, Google it for more info.
