I had those as a kid, but i developed hereditary insomnia, and now I don't really dream at all.

I remember that there was this thing that was totally legit that you could say something that you wanted to dream about, then it would repeat it back to you as you fell asleep to subconsciously make you dream about it.

Lucid dreaming can be difficult to do the first few times but the you get the hang of it. I'd like to do it, but I can't sleep normally e3e Controlling your dreams would be amazing .3. I heard a way to do it is to try to keep your mind awake, but fall asleep while doing it. And also try to think about what you want to dream about before you go to sleep. Like I said though, This can be hard e3e Because when you sleep, Normally your body shuts down as you go to sleep. o-o And that's pretty much it .3.

There's also something similar to it called an OBE or something like that. Except when you do it, It makes it so your body feels like your in some other type of dimension .3. Anyways, I have lucid dreams almost every time I dream. The is before you go to bed, just be really comfy, and you have to fall asleep slowly, so you fall into the dream. As you start dreaming, just keep thinking in your head that its only a dream. Then it kinda takes hold there. Its fun.
