As I ran into the T-Mobile store, I was excited to get a new phone. I walked to the samples, and saw one.

"Samsung _________ 2983HDSC". The name was scratched off, leaving an underline in blue pen in the spot. The phone was a bigger version of the Samsung Gravity Smart. It was a 4G, to my surprise. Of course, I bought it.

When I bought it, for some reason it was wrapped. When I unwrapped it, I saw the name. "Samsung Universe 2983HDSC". I unboxed it, inserted my old SIM card, and started it up. As it was taking its first startup, I looked at the metallic red finish. A deafening T-Mobile jingle made me drop the phone. I'm guessing it was the same kind of blaster speakers as the Galaxy S.

It suddenly came up with "Link your Google account". After that was done...


I received a strange text from "2983"...
