I put my 3DS under my pillow before i go to sleep. However i turn it off and i dont charge it.In a time of competition, one shall stand, and the others will fall.

I pluged my 3DS in and left it on. It was under my pillow. So when I passed out... then woke up. My 3DS was burning so much! I could barley even touch it! So can anyone tell me, what happened?
