Now this story is real, the seeting is real, the characters are real. So... Its werid

The story starts with me, my sisters, and my grandfathers duplex neighbors. (See, he lives in this huge private duplex thing...... its crazy.) It was getting dark, and we were in the back-hill of the duplex house. We were telling stories, random stories. So, the older neighbor was going to tell a story.And this is where the legit story begins. She starts with this:
"In that very house (she pointed to a duplex apartment about 3-5 aparments to the left of my grandfather's apartment), where a lady was going about her business. She was changing into Pj's when her bedroom door opened. She was scared as she saw a werid figure come in, with a knive. It turns out....
IT WAS BARNEY! She screamed and then Barney grabbed her and-(censored because I'd probaly get in trouble because f little kids -.- REARPe3O..). Then, he slit her throat, and her whole body, ALL OVER HER BODY!
Barney grabbed the body and walked to the window.... In fact, it was THAT window (she points to one of the houses windows)

Ok, the story the neighbor is telling isn't real, but the whole story altogether is real.

Confused explanation:
My grandfathers neighbor ACTUALY told us a story about Barney in the "back-hill" my grandfathers duplex apartment.

It's kinda hard to understand actually e3e
