So on Christmas I got a WiiU so I tried to connect to the internet and it said it did. Then it asked me if I wanted to update it so I clicked yes. It then said it was searching for update's but then an error ocured. I tryed it like 100 times but it still wont work plz help!

a router is the thing that gives you Wifi. about the size of a dvd player. it has lights. i dont know how to make it any simpler. Unplug everything in your house then plug everything in and that will solve your problem

I contacted Nintendo and they said change you DNS to... Blah blah blah. Then they said change your router strength to 1 or 11 and they said to do that you have to connect your computer to your router. I'm only 11 I can't freaking access my router files. o3o
