Dragnet (2013-01-02 03:55:11)The 3DS top screen flops around a bit when you shake it because it isn't completely secrurely attached by hinge. If it was, however, it would be tougher to close the system. Nintendo wanted to make sure you could close the system quickly and easily.

Not very common but it happens with old ds versions
mine is in decent condition except for the circle pad where part of the rubber came off and the code sticker thing on the back is completely blank
