Ok so I was playing halo 4 on campaign with a friend on mission 7(where you fly the pelican). So I was way behind him looking for a gun and he was in the room ahead of me. When I found a gun I ran into the room he ran into but when the doors opened up a knight had an incinerary cannon and shot me in the head as the doors opened up and I died and glitched outside the building.

In TF2, I went to sticky jump, but I didn't have enough health, so I died. But the best part was that my body went flying into the enemy's spawn point. The guys on voice chat were laughing like crazy

Skate 2, Hall of Meat. I once hippy jumped off a 30 foot half pipe. Everything from my balls up was destroyed.

In SSBB I was playing as Captain Falcon, And I was going up against a lvl 9 Cpu-controlled Link. Link flew close to the edge, I jumped up, and Falcon-punched Link to win the match. I died, with one life left, and Link flew to the Left to die. Basically a recreation of the Falcon punch from the Anime.

I was playing Die Rise in Black Ops 2, when I tried to Dolphin Dive onto the skyscraper. I came so close and fell all the way to the bottom and died. Also on Dead Island my friend kicked a Suicider Zombie and he gliched out and soared toward me like a missile and exploded 2 feet away from me, killing me. I was like and my friend was like "... Sorry... LOL." Both of these happened today.

Falling off a ledge or jumping into fire in Skyward Sword. Not because the death scene is epic, but because his scream is hilarious.

Recently I was playing infinity slayer, Halo 4 and I was killed by a sword guy. Thing was that he hit me just right that my dead body backflipped, got hit by a ghost, and landed on a mongoose that just respawned making it look exactly like my dead body was driving it.
