What are the weirdest bootleg game you've ever found?

Mine is Pokemon: "Retad R". Judging from the cover, I guess it was an Adult Rated-ForWhoKnowsWhy Pokemon Game for Gameboy Advance.

Pokemon Creepy Black.
Crappy game, doesn't have the detail of the black red hack, and it uses the older pokemon sprites.
