On Pokemon Black/White 2, go to Mystery Gift, then when you're there, there are 3 options.

Select "RECEIVE GIFT", then it'll tell you that you need wi-fi or whatever, now select "Yes".

Now select "GET VIA NINTENDO WFC". Let it connect to wi-fi, then after it's done, it'll search for gifts.

"The Mythical Pokemon Keldeo!" should appear. Select it, then huzzah, you have Keldeo. @anthony999

No, it does not.

Sassy reduces Speed and Increases SpDef, both of which are contradictory to Keldeo's playstyle. Timid, Hasty, and Modest are the only natures you should consider using on Keldeo.

A speed reduction conflicts with Keldeo's awesome speed stat, and the Speed EVs you give it. The same could be said for SpA decrease natures, because Keldeo is a Special Attacker.

Your Keldeo sucks.
