^ Yeah, it's still good, but not as overpowered as it was last Gen, when it got kicked to Ubers just because ScarfChomp effectively one-shotted anything while being too fast to revenge kill outside of another ScarfChomp or an Ice Shard to the face.

T1G has all my respect now. Very few know what RNG is.

RNG.

IVs, Shinyness, ect, are all determined by a Random Number Generator. RNG is basically manipulating this Number Generator using in-game events such as flipping a coin and framerates and all that good stuff. Using this manipulation, you can make the RNG give out the numbers you want as opposed to random numbers that may contradict what you want.
