Sonic 3 Title Screen
This review will consist of 5 games, 3 of lock-on technology.
Storyline: After Sonic destroying the Death Egg, it has lost its ability to fly. Only the Chaos Emeralds can repair the ship. To obtain these, he tricks the guardian of Floating Island, Knuckles the Echidna, that Sonic and Tails are his enemy...

I say 5/10. Sonic's sprite got officially ruined. The music wasn't all too good.



Sonic and Knuckles was continued off of Sonic 3, allowing you to play as Knuckles in Sonic 2 and 3, or play Blue Sphere if locked on.
Lock-on function Guide:
Sonic 1 on top of S&K - Full Blue Sphere (Press A, B, and C at the same time)
Sonic 2 on top - Knuckles in Sonic 2
Sonic 3 on top - Sonic 3 & Knuckles (Original full game)
Any other game - 1 level of Blue Sphere

I'd give it 8/10, considering the gameplay of Knuckles the Echidna and Lock-on technology.

Blue Sphere:
Already Mentioned above, it is a full version of the bonus stage of Sonic & Knuckles.



Knuckles in Sonic 2 is basically Sonic 2 on top of Sonic & Knuckles. It makes the game 90% easier.
10/10 rating.



This is the complete Sonic the Hedgehog 3. You can play Sonic the Hedgehog 3 as Knuckles, with slight differences. The music is from Sonic & Knuckles. (Knuckle's theme, Miniboss, title theme) Tails can also play Sonic & Knuckles stages here. 9/10.
