This site is designed for kids of all ages...Family Friendly...No reason to put age restrictions on things that are meant to be safe...

There is a reason why there are rules here - to ensure the site is suitable for all ages. We don't need more rules or separate forums for certain age groups, instead, just report bad user behaviour to the moderators.
