Yes, I went to a gaming store and there it was. A copy. Of Sonic Gems Collection. My search was over. I found it.
Enough of that.
Sonic Gems Collection is a 2005 collection for Gamecube. (And PS2 in Europe and Japan)
The "Gems":
Sonic the Fighters
Sonic CD (PC Port)
Sonic R (PC Port)
The Game Gear Games:
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
Sonic Drift 2
Sonic Triple Trouble
Sonic Spinball
Tails' Skypatrol
Tails Adventure
Unlockables for US:
Vectorman
Vectorman 2
Unlockables in Japan:
Bonanza Bros.
Streets of Rage (1/2/3)
And a few Genesis demos. (Why unlock the demos when you can get Sonic Mega Collection?)
It was released only a year after Sonic Mega Collection, and unlike SMC, it actually got NEGATIVE reviews by critics.
This was caused by Sega's selection of games. Knuckles' Chaotix, Sonic Eraser, and SegaSonic the Hedgehog were planned for the collection, but were cancelled. (I would personally think it was PERFECT if it had Chaotix)
Games Overview:
Sonic the Fighters - It seems great. Nothing wrong here.
Sonic CD - Samples in too low of quality.
Sonic R - It's perfect, but who wants to play Sonic R anyway?
Not bothering for GG games.
I'd say 8/10. I personally enjoyed it. Pick it up on Amazon, eBay, or anywhere else that sells old games, if they have it.
(Pre-review because I'm doing one on YouTube soon)
