Mario Kart 7, it's both an Amazing single and multiplayer game, causals will love racing with mario in stereoscopic 3D, and serious gamer's will enjoy the online and vast amount of unlockables.

The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D
-A game for everyone, both adults and children will enjoy the vast adventure. Kids like to explore, and they'll love Hyrule's vast overworld and sidequests. Ocarina of Time makes YOU feel in control. Sure, there is a set goal, but the game encourages exploration and discovery. Bosses are epic, and the puzzles have actually aged pretty well.

CaveStory 3D
-A lesser title, but the kiddies and grown-ups will love this one as well. The game is chock full of hidden secrets, and simple decisions can cause the life or death of major characters. Did I mention it's action packed as well? Sure, the game is short, but to discover all the alternate endings, you're going to have to play through it multiple times. And unlike some games, Cave Story 3D doesn't get stale easily.
