Disclaimer: This idea I believe has been suggested before. I do not know exactly how much coding a 3ds/Dsi can handle.

Idea: Custom made backgrounds for main menu (home page) screen.

How: Perhaps use 3dsdraw to allow users to make custom drawn backgrounds to be inserted in. Also could perhaps use picture gallery to insert photos.

My thoughts how this could work:
Well if I'm not mistaken (And I hope I'm not), if one can save a drawing from 3dsdraw as an avatar pic, perhaps through a similar proccess one can insert it as a background.
