DDRNGGin is back! But, I would like to talk about a serious topic. Since I first registered on 3DSPlaza on June 2011, I felt that chaos has been spreading throughout 3DSPlaza. That is why I thought of the idea of Plaza Courts. This idea is not only intended to strengthen Policy SomeLuigi. It is also meant to decrease the significant events of favortism, injustice, and abuse of power involving moderators. This will not only solve what is currently going on in the 3DSPlaza community, but it will also make this website safer and enjoyable for kids.
Here are the three different types of plaza courts:
Supreme Plaza Court: This type of court is only for when the ruling provided the jury in the Criminal Court is incorrect. The message must be sent by the judge of the Criminal Court or by the defendant's prosecutor and/ or lawyer for confirmation.
Criminal Court: This type of court will be used only if the violator was claimed to have violated a rule in Policy SomeLuigi three times will be sent through PM by either a moderator or by an eyewitness to the judge of the Criminal Court. If confirmed, the date and time will be provided for both the violator and the person whom sent the PM to arrive.
Civil Court: This type of court will be used only if there is a dispute between two people cannot be resolved and disrupts peace in 3DSPlaza. A PM will be sent to the members whom were arguing by the judge of the Civil Court of when to appear.
More details and applications will be provided if the idea is to be approved.
