I saw one commercial...and it was pretty lame. It was a family playing it and the acting was so fake.

I've also seen ads but those are bad too because you see the $299.99 or $349.99 right next to the cheaper prices for the ads of the other game systems.

I think the Wii 2 would have been better, as the "2" would make it obvious that it's a whole new system. Or the Nintendo U.

Woah! They weren't kidding! I just went to GameStop, and I found a shelf full of Wii U flyers explaining about the system. I obviously grabbed one, and started to read it. They did a pretty good job. What's funny about the FAQs, therse a question: '' Is the Wii U GamePad a portable or a stand alone device?'' Nintendo's Answer: ''The Wii U GamePad is neither a portable system nor a stand alone console but rather a revolutionary controller for Wii U that allows you to experience gaming in a whole new way, including elements like off TV play, browsing the Internet, and serving as a TV remote''

Then the other most FAQ is: ''Is the Wii U GamePad compatible with the Wii console?'' They said: ''No, the Wii U GamePad is exclusively used with Wii U.''

So I guess they did a good job answering those stupid questions in a logical and politely way.

Nintendo will probably get more Wii U owners by commercialing their games, not their console.


Of course, there's not that many games right now, but in no time the Wii U will have tons of first-party games and third-party exclusives.


....what are second-party games then?

Their main problem is the name of it that was a huge mistake because if I try to ask my mom for it or talk to her about it she just says you already have a Wii and they say it's a Wii and it's an add-on but it's not it's a entirely new console.
