First off, my name: Matt, where I am: middle a a zombie appocolypse, when: the year 3068. Ya know, with all our technology, you wouldv'e thought the apocolypse wouldv'e been over. Well, i've been surviving for 5 5/6 of a year now.... But, first, lets start at the beginning, where it all started...

RUUUUUN!! *gunshots at mysterious objects* BANG, BANG BOOM BLAM! "What the
So as we were running to the top level, we were seeing less and less destruction, which I guess is good, but when we got to the top, something was wrong. My co-scientist had exclaimed "WHERE ARE ALL THE JETS AND TANKS AND HUMVEES!?!?"
I answered "Calm down, theres a jet and a humvee. I say we take the jet."
"Why?"
"Jets require two people. If there's anyone else, theres bound to be more. Plus jets have rockets."
So as we were flying, we called in to check with the nearest military base. Sadly, no reply.
"We'll be flying dark for a bit more time."
He replied "Great."
"Are we anywhere close to landing!?"
I replied "Look out the window, don't you see the zombies everywhere?"
Joseph answered "Oh, ya, I guess..."
"Well, then, launch some rockets!"
"My pleasure"
So as we were flying, we still had no contact until we reached the other side of the states. All the while I was wondering "How'd the infection spread so quickly?" In reality though, I didn't really want to know...
Sadly, I found out the nearly hard way. You see, our guns run on 2 AA batteries, but can shoot over 900,000 shots. Anyway, what happened, the zombies infected the batteries! (Don't ask how) So, anyone holding a plasma gun got infected, so as they were evacuated, the infected the others. So as more infected soldiers spread, the faster the disease spread. Heres the sad thing though, it's 7-1, meaning 7 zombies per person. Anyway, when we landed, something was wrong. there was no sign of evac copters. That was surprising... Then I realized two things: every jet or vehicle that can be used for evac: gone, and we were out of fuel. Time to join the others...
So Joseph and I went through the crates, finding weaponary, grenades, uzis, and my favorite, the glock 9. We were wandering the streets when a horde of about 50 started coming after us. Joseph and I ran, when Joseph tripped, of course, him being my good freind and teammate, I went to get him. The horde surrounded us, they were coming in to kill...
Just when Joseph and I felt like all was lost, a miracle happened. A women around the age 21 came in. She was killing the zombies like no big deal. She was shooting off shells and hitting about 2-4 zombies per shell. I took the time that the zombies were going for her to get Joseph on his feet and killing zombies. Took some time, but the horde was done for.
"I'm Matt, this is Joseph. Thanks for saving our butts back there." I told her.
"I'm Alexandra, I came out for supplies when I noticed you two in trouble." Alexandra replied.
Joseph asked "Don't you have a group or anything to help you?"
She answered "They all died."
"Well, where are you living?" I wondered out loud.
"Underground, I come up for food/water sometimes." Alexandra replied.
Joseph asked "Can we come with you?"
"Who cares, I need the extra help."
So we walked through the streets, while I was having the eerie feeling of us being watched by someone�or something. I pulled out my blaster a few times, shot some warning shots, and the feeling would be gone for 5-10 minutes. At least I think, it really felt like an hour though, luckily I kept track with my watch.
I eventually got fed up with scavenging for food, I announced "Lets go to the electronics store. I have an idea."
So we headed over to Best Buy, and I collected an abbundance of electronic equipment, such as: Processers, LED screens, food dehydrater, and a few cameras. Not forgetting the all important programming laptop. We headed on over to Alexandra's hideout, which was really a bomb shelter. Heres the bad thing, we had a couple hordes on our hands. Mine and Josephs blasters were both running low on juice in the AA batteries. Joseph screamed "WHY DIDN'T WE GET AA BATTERIES!"
I answered with "It wasn't in anyones mind at the time. So, take a few dimes and shove em in with the batteries"
As we did so, Alexandra quickly prepared some molitoves for everyone...
Since I can't add much more, i'll add on from either posting or a new thread, please say what you think.
