First you need a camera on your computer. Once you take the picture, save it, then go to tinypic.com and upload it there.

Copy the last URL address.

Then go to your profile and use this code:

[spoiler][simg]IMAGE URL HERE[ /simg][ /spoiler]

without the spaces.
