This is okay, I suppose. The spelling is better than most, but still needs work.
The setting has a little less depth than needed for a Paper Mario story.
The grammer could use a little work. Using the "Return" or "Enter" key would help.

All in all, it's quite hard to follow, and almost boring. Put a little more effort into it.

I like the idea of it being based on Luigi. I don't like plot, it's to hard too follow. I don't like the fact that it's mostly banter, most RPGs have multiple fights.
