When you lock a thread, it instantly jumps to the top, which, completely defeats the purpose of locking it.
When you lock a thread, it's either because it's a duplicate, it's spam, or it contains content that breaks a rule.
Locked threads shouldn't jump to the top, because as said before, it completely defeats the purpose of it being locked.
