When you lock a thread, it instantly jumps to the top, which, completely defeats the purpose of locking it.

When you lock a thread, it's either because it's a duplicate, it's spam, or it contains content that breaks a rule.

Locked threads shouldn't jump to the top, because as said before, it completely defeats the purpose of it being locked.

It's ironic that they jump to the top, especially since the reason is usually so that other people won't see it.
