LakeWood City, partially abandoned due to several accounts of mysterious disappearances and strange sightings. Hunters would come in desperate search of meat, but soon after the only meat would be their soulless corpse. The residents didn't really get out much unless to pack their bags.

Our story is of John Wersch, a stubborn explorer, who was foolish enough not to believe. Let the games begin...

Sunday, April 29th, 1992.
"Another mangled body found," John said, reading the newspaper," I swear they're making up this crud nowadays. Wanna scare people off and have the last of the food to themselves." He sat in his easychair and and turned on the TV. He sat for hours (for,reader, that was his only hobby) Some time later, he received a phone call. 'Who would call me' he thought, 'my family hates me and I payed my bills for the month'. He answered the phone, and, surprisingly, it was his mother on the line. It seems that his brother's cold, dead body was recently found in the woods near town.

John was startled. Jacob was his closest relative, and now he's dead.

After a few days, he was angry. He wanted to find what that thing was and kill it. He packed up and set off to the woods...
