They will, seeing as they put it on Wii and DS, but I'm sure it will be horrible. Can't be as bad as BLOPS Declassified though.

The 3DS could handle a slightly scaled down version of Black Ops 2, but Nintendo wants to keep the family friendly image. Even though we might never get Call of Duty for 3DS, I'm pretty sure Metroid Prime or something like that is possible and very likely.
