I need help with this so I can fully complete Raid Mode.

Basically you have to be the recommended level or lower, take no damage and kill all enemies.
You and your partner HAVE to be the recommended level.
The easiest way to go is for one person to be the 'guard' and kill all the enemies and take the hits so your partner can get the bonus.
