I remember it all. The horrific details of its face... Oh god, the teeth. I don't know what it was, let's just say it was called SMILE.jpg....







I was doing tech stuff, like any 13 year old kid would do. I was trying to make a hack for a Pokémon game. One that let you get all the legendary instantly. I was kinda a noob at this, so I went to Google and searched 'How to hack'
One thing led to another, I was at an article. In the 'Top stories' There was a thing called Rumors and Mythical Creatures' I was kinda interested in this stuff, so, I clicked it.


That sealed my fate.


I read the first one. "What the hell is Slenderman?"
I whispered to myself, scrolling down.

Huh. "Smile Dog? Wtf??" I thought not believing anything. If I recall correctly, it said something about how if a user looks at a grey, smiling dog, that same dog would haunt them, often saying that they better show it to others or else, or, as it says, "Spread the word."


Pfft. No way would I believe that. At least I don't think I would. I look at myself, finding that I was shaking.


There was a picture.



"GOD DAMN IT! NO! NO! NONONO!!!!"

I Scream, flinging back into my bed, seeing the dog. It was horrifying. It was a gray, Siberian husky, but just a little, and it had very sharp, realistic, looking human teeth. I was at this point crying. It was silly, but I believed it. All of it. "Well, ." Still crying, I drag the image to the link bar, and then copy and pasted the smile image's address. I went to a forum, feeling ashamed of what I was about to do.

I pasted the image to a forum, making tons of helpless people suffer. But I had to. I had to, or I would be haunted.
