You see, Nintendo follow the strict 3rd party law, stating only to allow private software generated by other gamemakers following the 3rd party law. So i called nintendo:

(me) yes
(nin) well, we called up mojang, and they told us due to the fact that we followed 3rd party and they didn't know what that was.
