This is exactly what my alcoholic sister does... Always goes "hanging out" with random strangers and leaving my niece to suffer. Also when I was 5 my sister almost killed my mother for locking her out of the house because she was drunk. She missed. And she got taken to jail for seven months.

It's sad how parents aren't putting their children first.
