Okay, I'm thinking that maybe if you don't know a full users name, you can see the users that have a part of that in their name. For example, let's say Sally1234312 Met Bob155674. Sally enters Bob, but cant remember the rest. So, she enters Bob, and a list pops up with the users that have Bob in their name.
