first to put a video on a 3ds you have to find the video you want to download convert the video into a avi format then go to this website
http://socoder.net/?blogs29000 and download the converter then open the converter and put the video you downloaded put 2d then make it 4:3 on the converter put 2d-3ds the mark mono for the sound then convert it then find it in your computers download file then put it on your sd card rename it R3DS0001 then if you are put another video on the sd card put it in as R3DS0002, etc. go to 3ds camera and go to 1/1
