3DS has way better graphics, can play DS games, and has nearly all of the DSiware available on eshop. Nuff said.

Oh yeah, the circle pad beats the DSi's D-pad, plus the L/R buttons are better.

PsP has a bigger screen though.
Also keep in mind the ORIGINAL DS had better load times than the PsP.
But yeah, the 3DS's resolution, while a step up from the DSi, is still pretty suckish. The 3D makes up for it though.
