Actually, this wouldn't take a lot.

> Create folder /bgimg or allow URLs instead
> Create row in user table "background" with default "/bgimg/default.png"
> Make page with form to set BG
> Make page that updates BG
> Put BG function on menu

More like 50. If you think the shop backgrounds are cheap, the ones you think are good have to cost considerably more.

I wouldn't see a point of this because PC version can't get a background.

But it's an okay idea.
