Can't Access Browser Version of Miiverse

Ok, I entered my ID and password on the browser version of Miiverse, and it says that either ID or password is incorrect. I reset my password, and it still says its incorrect. I really want to use Miiverse on my mom's Android, but it appears you can only access to Miiverse on the 3DS if you created an ID on the 3DS.

Anyone else have this problem?

You enabled Miiverse usage on other devices from the settings, right? Other than that, I can't give you much other than a suggestion to make sure you're entering your ID and password correctly.

What I wanna know is where's the caveman
