Who's currently banned on Miiverse?

I'm banned for 2 weeks because I've bin false reported by a retarded 12 year old girl.

She made a post saying it was the last day to use Miiverse because Nintendo was gonna start charging a fee to use it. I asked her for proofs because she didn't show any proofs at all. We continued to argue till I finally proved her wrong. Then she got pissed and reported me.

FYI: She reported me as bulling.

Well, just today I got an email from Nintendo about my ban, and explained what happened.

Turns out I did say a bad word in Spanish: ''mocosa''meaning brat in Spanish. Then I said retarded, got banned by a mod.

At first I thought it was controlled by a computer, but I realized it was controlled by humans, but some mods are stupid.
