The Miiverse seems to working but the important one, the eshop is still down.

How many people do you think have already started to take their new nintendo Christmas consoles back to the store?

I'm sure they understand. I really want the eShop to go back and get EDGE on 3DS.

A few hours ago nintendo posted that the eshop will have closing times to accommodate the servers. click here more more info on the down times Right now the eshop works.

The Nintendo Network issues are being resolved as we speak, we don't need day-to-day updates.
