As the title suggests, I'm asking if helpdesk is dead, I've sent two questions (With readable grammar) to helpdesk, and I haven't gotten a responce back after 2 weeks...

Yes, sadly.

I cleaned up the Helpdesk when I first became a moderator...I cleaned up all the reports and answered as many of the help messages that I could. (An issue with the contact us inbox is that there's no way to delete spam messages without replying...so it becomes clogged with useless messages and therefore difficult to manage)

I also assumed that not many people used it...so I stopped managing it.
I never realized users still use it. I can fix it up again I suppose!
